QuPPe-AO-Method Version 3
The most important changes in V3 concern the following:
- Optimized extraction conditions for milk and liver involving addition of EDTA
- Introduction of pre-centrifugation freeze-out and cryogenic centrifugation to improve filtration
- Introduction of centrifugation assisted ultrafiltration to remove proteins and improve method robustness and reduce matrix effects
- New Method M 1.6 (for "Glyphosate & Co." compounds using DEA Torus column)
